Our menu
In Greece, good cooking is considered to be simple, colourful, wholesome and fresh. We aim to live up to these ideals and provide a wide range of traditional Greek dishes along with other Mediterranean influenced meals, including various pastas and our famous, fournos-baked pizzas.
We source all of our ingredients locally and even keep some of our own livestock so we know that we produce dishes using only the freshest ingredients.
In keeping with the tradition of Greek cuisine, we have a range of dishes that are "ready-prepared" (that is, we make them during the day for serving during the evening) and freshly grilled dishes that we prepare whilst you enjoy a drink or two under our vines. We also make the bread that we serve in the restaurant using our fournos (the large oven you can see as you come into the restaurant).
As we use local ingredients and seasonal ingredients, we won't always have every item listed on our menu and we will always have some daily specials, including fish caught in the waters around Limnionas that day!
We've listed below some of the dishes that you can enjoy at the Galini to give you a taste of what we offer and, we hope, to whet your appetite for a visit to us!
