Action Car Rental is a great agency to hire a car from - they are competitively priced and as they run their own Citroen garage, you can be guaranteed that the cars they supply are always in very good condition and have been properly maintained. You can make an enquiry online through their website. |
| If you are concerned about animal welfare on Samos, please visit the Animal Care centre. It helps stray animals all over the island and is always grateful for donations. You can make a donation online and it even has a scheme for helping you to adopt a dog. The website is very informative and provides suggestions for donations other than money to help the centre. We think this is a very important cause on Samos so we hope you will help to support it. | |
| A brilliant site about more Greek islands than you knew existed by the "Greek superfan" Hans from Holland. His site is based entirely on his own travels and experiences of the Greek islands and he gives honest opinions about where he's been and the places he's stayed at. It's a great site and his humour and love of all things Greek shines through the whole site. | |

If you like the idea of walking on Samos, a personal site – Foxy Island Walks – has some great suggestions. The site owner, John, provides lots of detail for the walks and some great picture too. Well worth looking at before you come to Samos. |

There are lots of personal pages about Samos and one we like is by Torben Bolhøj who is a regular visitor to Samos and frequently updates his samostour site… |
| For more information on Samos, one of the most comprehensive sites is Samosin. It covers almost everything you might want to know about Samos, and possibly some things you didn't think about asking. | |
| If you've not yet discovered flickr.com, it's well worth a look. People from all round the world share their photos online and this link will take you to the expanding Samos group so you can see even more images of the beautiful island. |
